Hello again, friends! I’m back and feeling better, and will explain my absence in another post, but today, I’m happy to be joining you again on this of all days; the day we support each other in our wishes and dreams.
Our ever supportive and inspiring leader, Jamie Ridler, asks us today:
What treat do you wish for?
I can say that I’m already receiving my treat because I found out last night that my sister and her family will be visiting us this weekend. We only see them every few months, less in winter, and it is unlikely we’ll be together at Thanksgiving or Christmas so their being here this weekend (and on Halloween!) is definitely a treat!
We’ll invite my brothers, their family, and the rest of the gang and have a bash on Saturday night! A little RockBand, regular and Beatles, is sure to be part of the fun, along with our cemetery setup outside, cute kids in costumes and lots of sweet treats!
Since my sister moved four hours away and my parents passed away, our family does not see each other as much as we used to or as much as I’d like. My sister and I have a special bond and it’s been difficult not having her close but we do keep in contact by telephone and email. It will be wonderful to have her, along with everyone else, together again for a fun and positive occasion.
Another treat I could wish for right now would be if someone could drop a boat load of cash at my door so we could take care of debt and put ourselves in a better position. Oh, and maybe a shopping spree at a bookstore! Yeah, that would be good!
Hop on over to Jamie Ridler Studios to read more wishes. Won’t you join us?

As Pamela wishes for herself, I wish for her also. It is hard to get family together and definitely a treat!
Cherish your time together.
I can relate to the not getting together as much as you’d like. I adore my brother and family but we live about the same distance apart and I miss them very much. Have a fabu Hallow Eve.
As Pamela wishes for herself and loved ones, so I lovingly and with intention wish for her, also!
